Street Cart Crunch Burger
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season patty with salt and pepper.
- Sear on a flat top or grill until cooked to desired doneness; top with cheese in the last minute and melt.
- Toast bun.
- Spread mayo on the bottom bun and ketchup on the top bun.
- Place patty on the bottom bun, then top with pickles, shredded lettuce, and crispy fried onions/potato sticks.
- Close and serve.
