Black Pepper Cheddar Burger
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season the patty generously with salt and a heavy coat of coarsely cracked black pepper on both sides.
- Sear on a hot flat top or grill until cooked to desired doneness.
- In the last minute, top with cheddar slices and cover to melt.
- Toast bun.
- Spread mayo on the bottom bun and mustard on the top bun.
- Place the pepper-crusted, cheddar-topped patty on the bottom bun, (add pickles if using), close, and serve.
